4. Press the phone icon to begin your call. A voice prompt will tell you the rate per minute for the call you about to make. At this point you can choose to accept the rate, continue or hang up.

Take note that, depending on your service subscriber data plan, there may be extra fees from your service provider for international calls.
1. Open the Google Voice app on your Android gadget and log in if you are not.
