Both are part of the Galaxy A-Series that also has phones like the Samsung Galaxy A80 and the Samsung Galaxy A70.
And still both phones are this year’s make though the Samsung Galaxy A20 was released earlier than the Samsung Galaxy A20s.
The Samsung Galaxy A20s has a slightly bigger screen than the Galaxy A20 though the display type of the Galaxy A20 is Super Amoled yet the display of the Galaxy A20s is TFT in type.

One feature they share in common is the battery size. Both batteries are 4000mAh and both phones support Fast Charging at 15W.
They also both run on Android 9 Pie but use different chipsets. The Galaxy A20 uses Exynos 7880 while the Samsung Galaxy A20s uses the snapdragon 450.

Conclusion
When it comes to the display , the Samsung Galaxy A20 is a better phone for me because of its Super Amoled Display type however , camera wise , the Samsung Galaxy A20s is a much better phone with three back cameras .
Overall , the Samsung Galaxy A20s has a slight edge over the Samsung Galaxy A20.
